We are expertise in Aluminium Cladding has earned us the trust of architects, builders, and property developers looking to elevate their building exteriors with modern, functional designs.

ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANELS

Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is a modern cladding material widely used for building facades, interiors, signage, modular kitchens, and more. Available in a variety of colors and textures such as wood, stone, sand, and 3D designs, ACP can be bent, folded, and shaped in ways other materials cannot. This flexibility provides greater design freedom, making it a favorite among designers.

Exterior Cladding: ACP sheets are a popular choice for exterior applications such as building facades, canopies, overhangs, and soffits. Their lightweight yet durable nature makes them ideal for covering large areas while achieving a sleek, modern look.

Interior Cladding: ACP sheets are also highly versatile for interior use, being applied in partitions, false ceilings, cupboards, table tops, wall panels, column covers, and more. With the wide range of colors and finishes available, the design possibilities are limitless.

SOLID ALUMINIUM CLADDING

A solid aluminium panel is a non-combustible, single-layer panel pre-finished with vibrant colors and prefabricated into cassettes to meet specific shape requirements. It meets high standards for façade cladding in most countries, offering excellent fire resistance and material strength.

This material boasts high formability and can be crafted into various shapes, such as regular flat panels, curved panels, hyperboloid panels, perforated panels, or laser-cut panels with intricate patterns. Solid aluminium panels allow for almost any architectural cladding design. We use turret punching technology for perforated panels and laser cutting for custom surface patterns. After fabrication, the panels are powder-coated or liquid paint sprayed for a decorative finish.

Commonly used for façade cladding, ceilings, and interior wall cladding in office buildings, shopping malls, airports, train stations, hospitals, and stadiums,

Insulated Aluminium Panels are highly efficient and durable cladding materials designed to provide excellent thermal insulation while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of a building. These panels consist of a core insulation layer, such as polyurethane or mineral wool, sandwiched between two aluminium sheets. This composition helps reduce heat transfer, making them ideal for energy-efficient buildings, particularly in climates where temperature regulation is critical. Insulated Aluminium Panels are commonly used in commercial and industrial buildings, as well as residential projects, to achieve superior thermal performance, sound insulation, and weather resistance.

In addition to their functional benefits, Insulated Aluminium Panels are available in a wide range of finishes, colors, and textures, allowing for creative architectural designs. They are easy to install and maintain, making them a cost-effective solution for long-term building projects. These panels also enhance the structural integrity of the building by adding strength without significantly increasing weight, which is a key advantage over traditional cladding materials. Whether used for walls, roofing, or facades, Insulated Aluminium Panels offer an ideal balance of aesthetics, performance, and sustainability in modern construction.

ALUMINIUM MESH CLADDING

ALUMINIUM MESH CLADDING

Aluminium Mesh Cladding is a modern and versatile solution for architectural façades, offering a sleek, contemporary appearance while providing essential functionality. The mesh design allows for natural ventilation, making it ideal for applications where airflow is needed without sacrificing aesthetics. It is widely used in commercial buildings, parking structures, and industrial spaces, as well as for sunshades or privacy screens. The open design of the mesh allows for dynamic light and shadow play, creating visually striking effects on the building’s exterior. Additionally, aluminium’s corrosion resistance and lightweight nature make mesh cladding a durable and cost-effective option for both new constructions and renovation projects.

One of the key benefits of Aluminium Mesh Cladding is its ability to be customized in terms of mesh pattern, panel size, and finish, allowing for creative freedom in architectural designs. Its structural strength, combined with flexibility, makes it suitable for curved or irregular surfaces, giving architects a wide range of design possibilities. In addition to its aesthetic appeal, mesh cladding offers practical benefits such as protecting against external elements and improving building energy efficiency by reducing direct sunlight exposure, which can lower cooling costs.

PERFORATED ALUMINIUM PANELS

Perforated Aluminium sheets are not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to form and fabricate, making them ideal for architectural applications. While Mild Steel and Stainless Steel are stronger and more durable when comparing sheets of the same thickness, Aluminium is nearly three times lighter, making it a preferred choice for cladding, especially where weight is a key consideration.

The specific gravity of Mild Steel and Stainless Steel is approximately 8 kilos per square meter for 1mm thickness, whereas Aluminium weighs just 2.75 kilos. Perforating Aluminium Sheets reduces the weight even further, making them ideal for applications requiring minimal weight, such as ventilation panels, cladding panels, and ceiling tiles.

Additionally, Perforated Aluminium Sheets are easy to manufacture, and can be cut, rolled, and folded with ease.
