EVERLUBE AND EVERSLIK
Everlube and Everslik
We also provide assistance with Everlube/Everslik – a thermally cured, solvent-based epoxy system with inherent hydrophobic properties that allow the coating to repel water and other process fluids. It offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, while being highly durable, flexible, and extremely tough. This makes it an ideal primer for use under solid film lubricants, such as Ever-Slik 1301. Everlube 1201 is available in black or primer red and is applied using conventional spraying methods, with a dry film thickness of 5 – 7 microns.
Everslik® 1301 (Everlube®)
This specially bonded solid film lubricant is specifically formulated for the heavy-duty industrial market. It provides excellent lubricity, corrosion resistance, and prevents galling and seizing. It is widely used in the petrochemical industry, particularly on threaded components such as actuator stems, valves, pumps, clamps, and stab plates. The application can be done using conventional spray methods or dip spinning, resulting in a single coat with a thickness between 8 – 25 microns.
Ecoalube 642®
Ecoalube 642® is a thermally cured MoS₂-based solid film lubricant featuring a high molecular weight epoxy binder system. This coating offers excellent chemical resistance, wear life, and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for high-load applications with a maximum operating temperature of 260°C. Ecoalube 642 is qualified to MIL-L-46010E Type II, AS-5272 Type II, and PWA 474.
LubeLok® 5306
LubeLok® 5306 is a thermally cured MoS₂-based solid film lubricant featuring a high molecular weight phenolic binder system. This coating offers excellent wear life, chemical resistance, and good abrasion resistance, making it ideal for high-load applications up to 250,000 PSI. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -73°C to 149°C. LubeLok 5306 is approved and qualified to various aerospace and industrial specifications.
